Curriculum content is required to develop training materials for Police Review Commission staff under three categories. The course Material delivered as a result of this training will ensure staff are sufficiently trained in:
•        The police complaints landscape in Alberta;
•        PRC Processes; and
•        Cultural Awareness.
Training Materials should be developed and delivered to the Province once developed. The PRC will use the developed curriculum to internally train staff in their respective specialized areas.
It is possible that one Contractor will provide the material under all three categories, or that different Proponents will provide the three categories of material. As such, this RFP calls for up to three Proponents.
