The Marin County Department of Public Works is inviting qualified consulting engineering, planning, and environmental firms or consulting teams to provide community outreach, opportunities and constraints analysis, development of alternatives, preferred design, preliminary engineering and environmental review for the construction of a bicycle/pedestrian facility along Sir Francis Drake Blvd between Remillard Park to Larkspur and Andersen Drive/580 in San Rafael, a gap in the Bay Trail.
