Request for Proposals of Construction Services on
ENG-122j: N. ZETTEROWER AVE. FROM HILL STREET TO NORTHSIDE DRIVE
PROJECT LIMITS AND OVERVIEW
This project will consist of constructing a 5' sidewalk from Hill St. to Northside Dr. (HWY 80). The sidewalk will connect to existing sidewalk on the east side of Zetterower via a crosswalk at Hill Street. Retaining wall structures will be required along the route. The sidewalk will cross a large tributary between Woodrow Ave. and Groover Lane. Zetterower Avenue is an arterial city street with heavy traffic, including large trucks. This sidewalk will give pedestrians a safe place to walk along this corridor.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
The WORK will include but is not limited to the following: clearing, excavating, setting grade, concrete forming, concrete pouring, grading and dressing of job site, and traffic striping.
