Description:

Rockland Children’s PC, located at, 2 1st Avenue, Orangeburg, NY 10962, is looking for a qualified contractor to remove and replace Flooring in Units A, B, & D, Bldg. 129.

Site Visit Registration Forms are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, Tuesday, June 17th, 2025.

There is an Optional Site Visit at 2:00 PM ET on Wednesday, June 18th, 2025

Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, Wednesday, June 25th, 2025.

Questions will be accumulated by OMH, and responses will be sent to potential bidders on Thursday July 3rd, 2025. The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM ET Thursday July 10th, 2025. No late bids will be accepted.
