• Sealed Bids may be submitted by either of the following methods:
Sealed Bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 11, 2026, by
electronic submission at http://www.madison-co.com/bids or in a sealed envelope at the
Madison County Chancery Clerk's Office, at 125 West North Street, Canton, MS 39046.
Electronic bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 11, 2026, as a PDF
file via Madison County's website at http://www.madison-co.com/bids. Each bidder
submitting a bid electronically shall include a signed copy of Madison County's bid
sheet as part of its PDF bid submittal.
Non-electronic bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 11, 2026, at
the Madison County Chancery Clerk's Office, at 125 West North Street, Canton, MS
39046. All sealed bids submitted to the Chancery Clerk's office shall have the bidder's
name and the phrase “Term Bid 2026-2027” for which a bid is being submitted written
on the outside face of the envelope. If any envelope is not so marked, said bid shall not
be opened and considered. Each bidder submitting a bid electronically shall include a
signed copy of Madison County's bid sheet as part of its PDF bid submittal.
All bids must comply with the specifications provided. Madison County reserves the
right to amend the specifications, as necessary, and agrees to notify all who have
requested bid packets from the Madison County Board of Supervisors. No Guaranteed
Minimum.
ALL BID FORMS MUST BE SIGNED, INITIALED, DATED AND SUBMITTED ON
THE COUNTY FURNISHED BID FORMS
The Madison County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids,
and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received. For any questions
