Scope of Work

The contractor shall furnish and install all materials, labor, and equipment for:
1.        The fabrication and installation of five signs
2.        Sign dimensions shall be 12¿W X 7¿H X 2¿D or close in measurement
3.        Install new light fixtures and ensure all lighting systems are in good working condition at each location.
4.        Install new landscaping matching the Walmart (East Lamar St) location sign
5.        New signs shall be a replica of existing signs located at:
Lamar Street & Hwy 19 Intersection
East Lamar Street & Felder Street
6.        Signs shall be constructed on a concrete footer in accordance with size and weight of new sign
7.        The vendor shall submit a rendering of proposed sign with bid.

Installation and Demolition
The contractor is responsible for the removal and disposal of existing signs. The successful contractor shall keep the premises, and the adjoining premises, driveways and streets clean of rubbish caused by the demolition operations, and at the completion of the work shall remove all rubbish, tools, equipment, temporary work and surplus materials, from and about the premises. All rubbish and debris shall be disposed of offsite. The jobsite shall be left safe, neat and clean at the completion of each day¿s operation. The successful contractor shall be responsible for repairing or correcting damage caused by subcontractor¿s work.
