NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) intends to establish a sole

source contract with Bloomberg L.P., located in New York, NY to provide the following:

SCOPE: Subscription services for real-time and archived access to financial and market data that aids staff in making decisions that could minimize the risk of financial loss and maximize opportunities to increase revenue.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The service displays live transactions in the U.S. Treasury securities market, information on money markets, futures markets, stock markets, corporate and municipal bond markets, and other market services

Firms who believe they can compete for this requirement are required to submit an email with a brief statement of their intent to compete. The statement and any other questions regarding this sole source should be directed to Nancy Cruz – nacruz@panynj.gov by June 23, 2025 .

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (Port Authority), in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that for any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, businesses will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no businesses will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency), creed, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), age, or disability in consideration for an award.
