Description
Georgia DOT is seeking to contract with a Design-Builder to provide design and construction services necessary to construct a new interchange along I-75 at CR 312/Bethlehem Road between Bill Gardner Parkway and SR 155. The proposed improvements also include realigning and widening Bethlehem Road to four lanes along the project corridor, construction of four new roundabouts, and construction of new bridges over I-75 and Bethlehem Bottoms in Henry County, GA (the "Project"). This Project will be awarded to a Design-Builder utilizing a Best Value method. A Design-Builder includes a Lead Contractor and a Lead Design Consultant working together to design and construct the project. See the PNA for additional details.
