HOLIDAY GATEWAY SIGN LIGHTING AND DECORATION INSTALLATION

The Village of Elk Grove Village will receive proposals from qualified contractors for the installation and removal of Holiday Gateway Sign Lighting and Decoration Installation at eight (8) Village Gateway signs, the entrance to Village Hall and Clock Tower, all in accordance with the enclosed Specifications and Contract Document No. PW-2627-14.

All contractors must be prequalified prior to receiving proposal packets. Prequalification forms are available on the Village’s website www.elkgrove.org/bids. Once the prequalification form is reviewed and approved by the Village an electronic proposal packet will be sent via e-mail to the approved bidder(s). This proposal has a MANDATORY PRE-Proposal MEETING that will be held on Monday, October 5, 2026, at 9:00 AM local time beginning at the James Paul Petri Public Works Facility located at 450 E Devon, Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
Proposals will be received until 11:00 AM on Friday, October 9, 2026 local time. All proposals must be received prior to the date and time shown above. Proposals transmitted by facsimile or email will not be accepted.
Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the James Paul Petri Public Works Facility, 450 E. Devon Avenue, Elk Grove, Illinois, 60007 and marked to indicate the following:
