Description
The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC), a public agency and instrumentality of local governments, is seeking proposals from consultants for updates to Federal Civil Rights plan documents, with specific expertise in the United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) requirements for a Title VI Plan, including a Limited English Proficiency (LEP) Plan, and a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Plan. The vendor(s) will provide all equipment, personnel, expertise, facilities, financial resources, and management for this service.
