The Windham Regional Commission (hereinafter WRC), in cooperation with the Town of Whitingham, invites qualified firms to submit proposals that identifies stormwater drainage, problems arising from current drainage and identify Best Management Practice Stormwater projects (including as many green infrastructure practices as possible) along Gates Pond Road (between the intersection of Route 100 and Reed Hill Road) in the Village of Jacksonville, VT.
