Description:

In general, the work consists of five (5) Demolition Projects located at 218 Cleveland St., 317 Virginia St., 420 S. Downing St., 815 Vine St. & 1044 Caldwell St. in Piqua, OH.  The purpose of these projects are to demolish the existing building and incidental improvements to ready the site for redevelopment.  State of Ohio prevailing wages are required.  The final completion date is September 30, 2025.
