Overview
This project includes the application of preventative maintenance treatments on various roads located through Cecil County by furnishing and distributing emulsified asphalt for tar and operations, slurry sealing roadways, fog sealing roadways, and crack sealing roadways in accordance with the contract documents. The project also includes furnishing emulsified asphalt into a County storage tank for use by County Road Division forces. The contract may be used by other County Departments and Divisions for County infrastructure, to include but not limited to, County owned facility parking lots and internal access roads.
