Scope of Work: Lee County Department of Transportation seeks to execute a single source procurement for RTC Connect modem service by Transportation Control Systems, Inc. This service is used for all 226 school zone flashers to remotely turn on/off flashers, program and update on/off schedules, and receive and respond to alerts that the flasher has not turned on or has low batteries without having to utilize labor to visit each flasher or wait for a citizen complaint.
