Description: State University of New York Downstate Health Sciences University (“SUNY Downstate,” “Downstate,” “DHSU,” and “The University”) is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from consultant design firms/teams for full professional architectural/engineering services to renovate the BSB Lecture Hall #1, and adjacent support spaces including enlarging the janitorial space into the existing Projection room, the creation of AV space in the existing Film Review Rooms. Services will also include surveying and documentation of existing conditions.
