The County of Orange (“ County ”) by way of this Request for Quotations (“ RFQ ”) seeks quotations from qualified, experienced New York State registered Public Accounting Firm (each, an “ Offeror ” and collectively, the “ Offerors ”) for the preparation of an Independent Accountants’ Report required as part of the Federal Aid Contract Close Out for a Heritage Trail Segment #2 Bike Route & Pedestrian Trail Extension. This audit report is a required component of the New York State Department of Transportation (“NYS DOT”) Procedures for Locally Administered Federal Aid Projects.

The report will be required to conform to the guidance documents listed below and as referenced in Chapter 17 of the NYS DOT Local Projects Manual.
