ADDENDUM NO. 1

The following changes, revisions and/or supplemental information, as applicable, are hereby issued as

ADDENDUM NO. 1 in connection with the Contract Documents (Specifications) issued for the

above-referenced project.

This addendum is issued to change the date of the non-mandatory pre-bid conference in observance

of the Veterans Day holiday.

REVISIONS TO THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Item 1: PRE-BID CONFERENCE (Page 1)

• DELETE the following text: "A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held to review the

project and answer any initial questions. The meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft

Teams on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST."

• REPLACE WITH the following text: "A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held to

review the project and answer any initial questions. The meeting will be held virtually via

Microsoft Teams on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST."

• Please note the dial-in and weblinks to the Microsoft Teams Meeting in the RFP remain

unchanged.
