The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to provide administration of the group dental and group vison plans for eligible active employees, dependents, COBRA continuants and pre-65 retirees (participants) of the City of Newport News, hereinafter referred to as the City. All proposals shall be provided net of broker commissions. The City reserves the right to award to a single firm or multiple firms.The City will consider awarding the components of this RFP independently. Therefore, Offerors may choose to provide a proposal for the following components:Combined dental and vision proposals.Dental only - Complete applicable sections of the RFP.Vision only - Complete applicable sections of the RFP.Please note that only initial procurement opportunities are posted on eVA.
