The Saskatchewan Health Authority (hereinafter in these Lease Proposal Documents called the "SHA" or "Tenant") invites proposals for the lease of clinical space in the City of Regina, Saskatchewan.
The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is seeking to enter a lease contract for the purposes of accommodating the following team:
Chronic Disease Management Program (CDMP) - A 12 week daytime program focused on supporting clients with chronic health conditions through structured exercise and education.
