County-Wide Paving and Patching

The County Commissioners of Caroline County, on behalf of the Caroline County Department of Public Works, are accepting proposals for a County-Wide Paving and Patching Contract to be conducted on various roads throughout the County, as directed by the Director of Public Works.   Work is generally described as follows:

• Paving and patching at various locations throughout Caroline County as needed.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on 02/10/2025 at 10:00 am at the Caroline County Circuit Courthouse 109 Market Street Denton, Maryland 21629. • This contract will include options to the successful bidder for renewal for up to 4 additional terms.
• This contract will include a provision for liquidated damages

Bids must be received in the office of the Caroline County Commissioners, located at 109 Market Street, Denton, Maryland 21629, ATTENTION: Nicole Pearce, by no later than 10:00 am, 02/24/25 where they will be publicly opened and read aloud.  The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any/or all bids.
