Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Roof Removal and Replacement Services as described herein.
Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, supplies, parts, disposal, travel, equipment, permits, fees, and incidentals necessary to remove and dispose of existing built-up roofing, and install new standing seam metal roof with vented vinyl soffits.
