RFP Sale of District Surplus Real Property

Request for Proposals- Sale of District Surplus Real Property: Assessor’s parcel number (APN) 044-260-004

The Property has frontage on both Soscol Avenue and McKinstry Street with commercial to the South and commercial hospitality to the East and North. The Property is encumbered with an approximately 25 foot wide Napa Sanitation easement for the purpose of an underground pipeline. Concurrently with the close of escrow, the Parties shall enter into a right of entry agreement, granting the District access to the Property until December 1, 2027, for the purpose of construction staging in relation to future work for the Project. The Property is legally described in the Preliminary Title Report attached herein as Exhibit “A.”
