Addendum 1: This addendum is being issued to answer questions and provide all old as-builts documents that we have on file.
The Department of Military and Veteran’s Affairs, Alaska Army National Guard Facilities Management Office, is soliciting bids for design and construction services for a remodel project at Bryant Army Airfield (BAAF) Building 47437 on JBER, Alaska.
The contractor is highly recommended to perform a pre-bid walkthrough to understand and familiarize themselves with the project and existing site conditions. The one-time walkthrough is scheduled for September 17, 2025, at 10:00am Alaska Time. Suggested that you pre-register to be notified if this date/time changes. If you need base access passes, you will need to register with the Project Manager a minimum of 24 hours before the walk-through time and date.
Please note: Due to fiscal year time constraints, there will only be ONE (1) walkthrough scheduled.
