Description:

The New York State Police (NYSP) works to ensure the safety of the state's roadways, prevent and investigate crime, prepare for and respond to emergencies and disasters, and provide support to other law enforcement agencies across New York State. The NYSP has over 250 locations across New York State that require various utilities including but not limited to, water, electric, natural gas, heating fuel and propane, cable, internet, landline and cellular telephone services and satellite services.

PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE
The purpose of this RFI is to conduct market research and gather information regarding potential Utility Expense Management Services that are currently available in the marketplace.
The objectives of this RFI are to develop a general understanding of vendor offerings and
capabilities, and obtain vendor feedback regarding operating models, leading practices,
pricing structures.
