Description:
The overall Project consists of structural repairs associated with the existing PSB roof structure including the removal of existing walls and ceilings within the reinforcement work zone along with the temporary disconnections and reconnections of existing HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire protection systems. The selected DA office space, main public entrance, public hallway and janitorial spaces shall be restored to the original layout and finishes. Remaining spaces are not to be restored except for the reconnection of existing HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire protection systems and reinstallation and installation of ceilings systems as shown.
