Virtual and Hybrid Learning for K-12

Lewisville Independent School District, (LISD or DISTRICT) is accepting proposals and pricing for RFP #3341-25 Virtual and Hybrid Learning for K-12.

In conjunction with Bill 569 , passed in the Texas State Senate, 89th Legislative session, the Lewisville Independent School District ("LISD", "District") is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced vendors regarding full time virtual and/or hybrid learning solutions, platforms, and services to support the development and implementation and ongoing support of a comprehensive virtual learning program for students in grades K-12 offering both full-time virtual education and supplemental online courses that support personalized learning pathways.
This learning opportunity shall help provide a flexible, engaging, and fully accredited online learning environment that aligns with state standards and requirements, the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) and provides courses that meet the National Standards for quality online courses, and be compliant with Texas law, as well as meet the diverse needs of students in Kindergarten through 12th grade. The Texas State Senate Bill 569, passed in the 89th Legislative session, created the opportunity for virtual learning options so the District can serve more students.

All interested vendors, including sole source providers, are encouraged to respond to this request for proposal in its entirety and should submit all required bid attachments regardless of sole source status to be considered.

Missing or incomplete information will have a negative impact on vendor evaluations.

RFP #3341-25 shall be awarded at District discretion, to multiple Proposers supplying comparable products or services, also known as a multiple award schedule, or award the Contract to a single Proposer. The District's decision to make multiple awards or a single award will be based upon the District's sole discretion regarding the type of products and/or services that provides best value to The District.

The initial term of this proposal shall be from February 2025 - February 2027.

Dependent on the long-range needs of the District and mutual consent of both parties, and contingent on approval by the LISD Board of Trustees, there will be two successive renewal options, each consisting of a two year term.

Initial Anticipated Contract Term: February 2025 - February 2027

Tentative Second Term - Renewal Option: February 2027 - February 2029

Tentative Third and Final Term - Renewal Option: February 2029 - February 2031
