North Shore Community College, Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from DCAMM Certified Contractors in HVAC for the NSCC McGee HVAC AHU 3-PROJECT at the Lynn Campus in Lynn, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by JONES ARCHITECTURE. Optional pre-bid walkthrough is Sept 24, 2025 at 1PM, meet at Campus Police in East Lobby. McGee HVAC AHU 3-Project includes the demolition of an existing Air Handling Unit and installation of a new unit in the McGee Building on the Lynn Campus. The new AHU-3 will be tied into an existing system with two other existing AHU's that were replaced in 2022. Estimated cost $1,370,000.00. Requests for information shall be submitted online by 9/30/2025 at 2PM.
Project is being electronically bid and hard copy bids will not be accepted. Please review the instructions in the bid documents on how to register as an electronic bidder. All bids shall be submitted online at www.biddocs.com and received no later than the date and time specified. General bids will be received until 10/15/2025 at 2PM and publicly opened online, forthwith.
