The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic Bids for building and improvements to an existing 4,146 ft (0.78-mile) dirt, gravel, and vegetated administrative access road.
The project consists of clearing and grubbing, drainage feature installations, road-base installation, road surface, grading and compaction of riding service. CONTRACT NO. 1 – GENERAL CONSTRUCTION When bidding, amount Bid should be in dollars and cents-----no fractions of a cent will be accepted.
