Pre-Bid Meeting Info: A prebid conference is required on this project to discuss as a minimum, the following items: material requirements; submittals; Quality Control/Quality Assurance requirements; the construction safety and phasing plan including airport access and staging areas; and unique airfield paving construction requirements. This pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at the Georgetown Airport, 6245 Aerodrome Way, Georgetown, California 95634. ATTENDANCE AT THE PRE-BID SITE VISIT IS NOT MANDATORY. REPRESENTATIVES SHALL FOLLOW COUNTY COVID 19 POLICY WHILE ON COUNTY PREMISES WHICH MAY INCLUDE THE USE OF FACE COVERINGS. PLEASE REFER TO COUNTY POLICY E-13 AVAILABLE AT: https://www.edcgov.us/Government/BOS/Documents/Board%20Policy%20E-13.pdf. The Bidder’s representative, if attending, will be required to sign an attendance sheet and provide the name of the firm being represented. The County will post on the Quest website such Addenda as the County in its discretion considers necessary in response to questions arising and information presented at the Pre-Bid Site Visit. Oral statements shall not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective. Addenda issued as a result of the Pre-Bid Site Visit shall constitute the sole and exclusive record and statement of the results of the Pre-Bid Visit.
