Solicitation Description:

The BRA is seeking proposals from experienced laboratories to provide analytical redundancy for BRA’s surface water quality laboratory and perform analyses beyond BRA’s laboratory’s capabilities to support special investigations and BRA project needs. Laboratories may submit proposals for some or all of the parameter classes and analyses.
