Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is soliciting proposals to establish a blanket contract(s) for experienced providers to conduct Fixed-Wing Forward-Looking Infrared (FLIR) Camera Surveys to provide more accurate and precise desert big game population estimates. Species shall be inclusive of, but may not be limited to mule deer, pronhorn, big horn sheep, and exotics such as aoudad and elk.
