    Sealed proposals will be received by the Elmore County Board of Education at the Elmore County Board of Education Maintenance Building located at 100 H. H. Robison Drive, Wetumpka, AL 36092, until 2:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, February 5, 2026, for the new JROTC Obstacle Course at Stanhope Elmore High School, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read.

    NEW JROTC OBSTACLE COURSE FOR STANHOPE ELMORE HIGH SCHOOL

    The scope of work required by the Bid Documents consists of, but is not limited to, the following: Selective demolition of existing site elements, new JROTC obstacles and rappel tower, fencing, sitework, site utilities, hardscape, landscaping, and site electrical.

    A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Elmore County Board of Education Maintenance Building located at 100 H. H. Robison Drive, Wetumpka, AL 36092 on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST. All bidders are encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference. An optional visit to the project site will be held after the Pre-Bid Conference concludes.
