Yes
Is it a single-phase machine?
Yes
Does the customer have a loading dock and liftgate vehicle for delivery. Or is it an elevator?
UPS will be delivered to FCC Butner warehouse loading dock.
Do you require a wall or rack mounted Bypass Power Switch? Also, do you have standard dock facilities for delivery of heavy pallets of equipment?
This will be a wall mounted bypass power switch. Delivery will be at the warehouse dock.
What is the response time or back time for your UPS?
If this is about lead time, it should be 16-22 weeks.
Are you looking for a 1 to 1 match?
No, this is a new system.
Any set/up assembly of new units and or disposal of old?
No, all installation will be completed by BOP staff.

This is a supply only solicitation.
The Federal Bureau of Prisons plans to issue 15B10625Q00000001 for the provision to Replace Control Room UPS System to the Federal Correctional Complex Butner located in Butner, North Carolina. The NAICS code for this requirement is 335313. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. Any contractor interest in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered at www.sam.gov. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The solicitation will be available on or after, October 16, 2024, with a due date of October 30, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. The solicitation will be distributed solely through sam.gov website. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions.
