Essex North Shore Agricultural and Technical School District (from here forward known as ENSATSD) is seeking RFPs to include both non-price and price proposals for a 2500sqft freestanding modular building. The building will require a red barn facade, two (2) ADA compliant entrances to two (2) office suites. Each office suite will include a small conference room, waiting area, kitchenette and bathroom. Please see additional specifications and diagrams in the Scope of Work. DCAMM and OSHA Certification required, 5% Bid Bond, 100% Payment and Performance bonds upon award of contract will be required. Prevailing Wages apply.
Both non-price and price Proposals will be received until 2:00 PM on Wednesday, October 8, 2025
