This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) pursuant to Chapter 44.031 of the Texas Education Code. Houston City College (“HCC” and/or “the College”) seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide Insurance Program Evaluation and Consulting Services. This is not a solicitation for insurance products or insurance brokers.
