2025 ADA Sidewalk Project

The City of Rancho Cordova Public Works Department is soliciting bids for the 2025 ADA Sidewalk Project.

The 2025 ADA Sidewalk Project include sidewalk improvements at the intersection of Croetto Way and Mills Park Drive. Various other items of work include concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalk improvements; drainage improvements; thermoplastic markings; and other incidental work to be completed within the limits of work shown on the Plans. Total Construction estimate is $580,000 with an anticipated construction duration of 35 working days.

Contractors should have a strong understanding of Caltrans Standard Plans and Specifications, applicable State and Federal regulatory requirements, and County of Sacramento and City of Rancho Cordova design and development standards.

All interested parties must submit Bids in accordance with the conditions and deadlines established for this project. All bid documents, Q&A, addenda, and bid submissions will be posted and accepted online.
