NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the County of Camden,
New Jersey, is requesting proposals for Employee Benefit Consulting &
Brokerage Services for the County of Camden. Copies of the Request for
Proposals are available by registering and downloading all documents from the
Camden County website:

Proposals must be submitted to the Camden County Division of Purchasing,
Courthouse-6TH Floor, 520 Market Street, Camden, NJ 08102. Proposals are
scheduled to be opened on FRIDAY FEBRUARY 6, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. Any
proposals received after said opening, whether by mail or otherwise will be returned
unopened. No proposals will be accepted after the above referenced date.
Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the name of the RFP clearly
marked on the outside of the envelope. If hand-delivering proposal it must be left in
the marked bin accessible from the 6th Street entrance to the Courthouse. Bin
access is available M-F 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Proposals may not be e-mailed, faxed
or transmitted over the telephone. It is recommended that each proposal be hand
delivered to the Division of Purchasing. The County assumes no responsibility
for delays in any form of carrier, mail or delivery service causing the proposal to
be received at the Division of Purchasing later than the above-referenced
scheduled opening.
Nothing herein is intended to exclude any responsible firm or in any way restrain or
restrict competition. All responsible firms are encouraged to submit proposals.
The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all
proposals submitted in the best interest of the County and the Board reserves the
right to waive any defect or informality in any proposal should it be in the best
interest of the County.
Proposers are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127
(N.J.A.C. 17:27) and N.J.S.A. 10:5-31.
This Request for Proposals does not constitute a bid and is intended solely
to obtain competitive proposals from which the County may choose
contractor(s) that best meet(s) the County’s needs. It is the County’s intent
that no statutory, regulatory, or common law bidding requirement apply to
this Request for Proposals. The County intends to award any contract(s) for
these services pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(m).
