North Carolina A&T State University located at 1601 E. Market Street is currently soliciting proposals from Architects/Designers to provide roofing design services for McNair Hall. Located at 1121 East Market Street the 94,396 sq. ft. building opened in 1987 and has a served as the College of Engineering. The current two roofing system consist of rock and SBS modified bitumen membrane. Please submit (1) one physical proposal no more than 20 pages front and back (that does not include your SF330) and (1) one electronic copy.
