Scope of Work:
Removal and replacement of seventy-seven (77) water source heat pumps and three (3) split system heat pumps. Two (2) water source heat pumps are to be Owner Furnished and Contractor Installed (OFCI) and are available in WCSD’s warehouse. Structural modifications and access door replacement with possible enlargement is required. New grab bars and ladder hooks to be installed at access doors. Work includes new partial ceiling in lounge area with new light fixtures and diffusers.
Sealed bids for the Replacement of Heat Pumps at B.D. Billinghurst Middle School - Phase II will be received by the Washoe County School District’s (WCSD) Purchasing Department located at the Brown Center 14101 Old Virginia Road, Room #0, Reno, NV 89521, until 2:00 p.m., (Local Time) on September 11, 2025. The bids will be opened publicly via a TEAMS Meeting at 2:30 pm (local time).
