The project consists of underground utility construction and associated road rehabilitation works, including excavation, installation and/or replacement of water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer infrastructure, service connections, backfilling, and restoration activities. Road rehabilitation work will include removals, subgrade preparation, granular base improvements, asphalt paving, concrete repairs, grading, drainage improvements, and all related traffic accommodation and surface restoration required to complete the works.
