| Description: | The project is located at the MLK Transportation Center, 509 Nebraska Street, and includes replacement of the following: 18 water source heat pumps, one computer room cooling unit, existing heat pump loop piping, all hydronic system fluid, heat pump loop system pumps and associated hydronic accessories; flushing and cleaning of existing hot water heating system, a temperature control upgrade and electrical and general construction to support mechanical system work. There is one alternate for this project: a complete temperature control system from a prior approved contractor in accordance with Specification Section 23 09 00. |
