Request for Proposals for a Grantee to provide Intensive Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (Youth ACT) in compliance with Minnesota Statutes, section 256B.0947. Proposals must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. Central Time on February 14, 2025 to be considered for the contracting period of July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2030.
The Minnesota Department of Human Services, through its Behavioral Health Administration (STATE), is seeking Proposals from qualified Responders to provide Intensive Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (Youth ACT) in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 256B.0947. This RFP will remain open and accept proposals until June 30, 2029 . The term of any resulting contract is dependent upon date of submission. The term for submissions due February 14, 2025, are anticipated to be for 5 years, from July 1, 2025 until June 30, 2030. This is an open RFP. The first round of responses will be due February 14, 2025. Thereafter, the RFP will remain open, and additional responders may respond until June 30, 2029. After June 30, 2029 interested providers must wait until the next RFP to respond.
