1. Purpose
The U.S. Government is conducting market research to identify licensed contractors in Singapore capable of performing the complete resurfacing of an in-ground reinforced concrete swimming pool at the U.S. Ambassador’s Residence.

2. Background
The swimming pool was constructed in the late 1990s and requires a new interior finish. The desired outcome is a durable, smooth plaster surface suitable for long-term submerged use. Equivalent plaster finishes (e.g., quartz, pebble, polymer-modified systems) will be considered if Marbelite is not available locally.
