Bid Description:
Sealed Bids for Hubbard Recreation and Natural Area shall be received and accepted until 1:00PM on Friday, February 13, 2026, local time at City of South Burlington Department of Public Works at 104 Landfill Road, South Burlington, VT 05403 or by email to Erica Quallen Towle at equallen@southburlingtonvt.gov.

The project generally involves construction of a shared-use path, new paved parking area with associated lighting, and bike racks and benches with concrete pads.

To bid on this project and be considered a plan holder, the Bidder MUST request
