Description
The City of Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS) is seeking bids from interested firms for title report services to provide an accurate statement of ownership interests, liens, encumbrances, and other interests in nuisance and/or abandoned properties throughout the City of Los Angeles. The Contractor shall furnish reports for the City, which shall include legal descriptions, names and addresses of all persons with liens, mortgages, or deeds of trust on the property; names and addresses of all persons with any other recorded interest in the property; copies of all supporting documents; recording services for documents prepared by the City regarding the subject property; and updates on previous issued title reports.
