P Series MR 2' x 2' Infrared Asphalt Repair System
The City of Laconia Public Works Department is requesting bids for a P Series MR 2' X2' lnfared asphalt
repair system. The specified equipment shall meet or exceed the general specifications outlined herein.
The City of Laconia reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or any part thereof,
to waive any formality in the process, and to accept the proposal(s) considered to be in the best
interest of the City. Failure to submit all information called for may be sufficient grounds for
disqualification. The City of Laconia reserves the right to cancel this request at any time for any reason.
The City reserves the right to award this contract in whole or in part (individually by building) to one or
more contractors.
INFORMATION FOR PROPOSERS
Interested firms are encouraged to submit Two (2) copies of the bids. They should be delivered to the
City of Laconia Purchasing Office, 45 Beacon Street East, Laconia, NH 03246 by 2:30pm 06/30/2026.
Emailed bids will not be accepted. Postmarks and other timestamps will not be accepted in lieu of actual
delivery to be considered. Submissions must be labeled "RFB No. 26-08-08B" P Series MR 2' x 2'
Infrared Asphalt Repair System"
Insurance
The selected firm must provide a certificate of insurance satisfactory to the City of Laconia (see attached
Insurance Requirements form).
Questions/ Addendums
Interested parties are encouraged to submit questions via email; (addresses at the end of this RFP)
however, The City assumes no liability for ensuring accurate and complete email transmission/receipt
and is not responsible to acknowledge receipt. Inquiries must be submitted in writing, citing the RFP title
and number. They must be received no later than Tuesday June 23, 2026
The City will consider all timely-received questions and requests for change and, if reasonable and
appropriate, will issue an addendum to clarify or modify this RFP. Answers to vendor submitted
questions and other addenda will be posted on the City of Laconia website
www.laconianh.gov/Bids.aspx no later than Thursday June 25, 2026

SCOPE OF WORK
The successful bidder shall provide a complete IMH P Series MR 2' x 2' system package, including all
required components, infrared heating units, and compatible asphalt repair materials necessary for
immediate operational use.
REQUIRED EQUIPMENT
A Mini Asphalt Recycler
a. IMH P Series MR 2' x 2' Mini Asphalt Recycler.
b. Designed for in-place recycling and reheating of asphalt.
c. Compact design suitable for municipal roadway repairs.
B. Infrared Heating Equipment
a. 2' x 2' Infrared Heater.
b. 3' x 18" Infrared Heater.
C. Asphalt Repair Material
a. Pre-formed asphalt bricks compatible with infrared repair applications.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
All equipment shall be new, include all required components, and be available for prompt
delivery. Vendor must provide specifications and manuals.

1. Two copies of your bid package
2. A not to exceed cost for the unit. Certificate of Compliance unit meets the specifications listed
above.
3. A copy of the manufacturer's brochure and specification sheets with warranty details for the
proposed equipment.
4. Completed and signed documents. To include the General terms and conditions sheet,
Insurance requirements sheet and a bid sheet
