Description:
Waccamaw Regional Council of Governments is soliciting statements of qualifications from qualified and licensed construction contractors to establish a simple, preapproved contractor list specifically for residential repair and rehabilitation construction projects. The projects will be funded in whole or in part by the SC Housing Trust Fund Home Repair Program. The RFQ can be requested from Marsha Smith at msmith@wrcog.org. The deadline for questions is May 15, 2026 at 2:00pm.
