REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) - April 6, 2026
Town Hall Carpet Replacement
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Nolensville is now accepting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for the removal and replacement of carpet at Nolensville Town Hall.
This project includes the removal of existing flooring materials and the installation of new carpet tile in designated areas of Town Hall, including:
Upstairs Meeting Room
Upstairs Lobby
Downstairs Meeting Room
All work shall be completed in accordance with the specifications outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
Proposal Submission Deadline:
Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time. Proposals received after this date and time will not be considered.
Proposals will be publicly opened on the same day.
SUBMITTAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Town Hall Carpet Replacement” and delivered or mailed to:

The Town shall reserve the right to reject any and all Submittals if said body deems it necessary and in the best interest of the citizens of Nolensville, Tennessee.

The Town will maintain a list of all questions and responses, which will be periodically distributed as addenda and posted on the Town’s website. Questions received after 4:00 PM CST on April 14, 2026, will not be answered. Responses to questions will be issued as written addenda and posted on the Town’s website. A final addendum, if necessary, will be posted on or before 4:00 PM Central Time on April 20, 2026.
