Minimum Capacity- 2500-4500lbs for vertical storage. See acceptable models/specifications in attachments tab.
When a brand name or equal specification is used in a solicitation, the solicitation shall contain explanatory language that the use of a brand name is for the purpose of describing the standard of quality, performance, and characteristics desired and is not intended to limit or restrict competition. "Or equal" submissions will not be rejected because of minor differences in design, construction or features that do not affect the suitability of the product for its intended use. Burden of proof that the product is equal is on the bidder.
Warranty Protection-Standard Manufacturer's Warranty.
Equipment shall be new, unused and free from defect.
Pricing shall include Freight FOB Destination to Department of Lottery 404 North 5th Street Springfield, Illinois 62702.
Vendor shall be a certified wholesaler or retailer of forklifts.
Vendor shall provide operator and maintenance manuals upon delivery.
Vendor to provide their proposed Make and Model number of the equipment that they are proposing in the attachments.
