INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Parks Highway Phase II – Railroad Creek Bridge, Project Number 0A42014 / CFHWY01084, will be received before 2:00 p.m., November 6, 2024 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This Federally funded project will construct a bridge spanning Railroad Creek on the Parks Highway near Milepost 128.5. Project work includes drainage improvements, grading, paving, guardrail, signage, and striping.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. The Project completion date will be September 30, 2026.

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings . Bidding documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
